MaxPOV:
We were outside Anne's house saying goodnite. Sam leaned in to kiss me but it was fierce and hungry.I pushed him off and he slapped immediate reaction was to punch him, but Fang thought otherwise. Fang had seen Sam hit me and was pissed! He stormed outside and punched Sam. While that was unfolding i had already ran off and unfurled my wings tears rolling down my face mixed with blood from the force of the slap.
FangPOV:
I was listening to my stereo when i saw Max and the loser walk up to the door. I decided to eavesdrop, Sam kissed her and jealousy burned inside me. My Max being kissed by another guy! Then again I kissed Lissa. Max pushed him off, Sam slapped her drawing blood. I was pissed! I walked outside and punched him. But when I turned around Max had already flown off. I left him lying there unconcious and flew after Max my black wings shining in the moonlight.
MaxPOV:
I can't believe he slapped me! But Fang punched him for me. He also kissed the 'Red Haired Wonder' Lissa. The cut on my cheek was not deep but not bad. I flew and landed in a nearby clearing...a meadow...soft grass. I layed down and continued to cry. I know what you are thinking..the great Max crying....I just sat there in silence until Black wings closed around me.
FangPOV:
It took me awhile to find her in the meadow curled up and crying. I felt tears well up in my eyes seeing her in so much pain. (oh look! Emotionless Rock having emotionds!) landed there and folded my wings around us keepin us warm and Max safe. She looked up, tears down her cheeks the blood had dried..mostly...she leaned on my shoulder and cried some more. I put my arms around her and we sat there in silence as I kissed her hair and told it was okay and I was here tearss were now dying down.I picked her up bridal style and flew back to Anne's put her in her bed and lyed down next her, studying her face that was like an angels. I soon fell asleep with her in my arms.....how it was supposed to be....we belonged together.
