Tournament Rules
As Dumbledore finished announcing Cedric Diggory as Hogwarts champion a hush fell over the hall as the Gobbet flared for a fourth time. He grabbed the piece of parchment that floated out and read out the name.
"Harry Potter"
"Pay up" shouted the boy named.
Neville shyly asked "What about the other part of the bet?"
"Oh yeah" He stood and cleared his throat and said "I here by vow on my magic that I Harry James Potter did not put my name into the goblet nor did I ask anyone else to put place my name into the goblet. So mote it be." He then produced his Patronus, as the stag trotted up to the front of the hall members of his house started passing him his winnings.
"MR POTTER" thundered Dumbledore "What are you doing?"
"Over the holiday I found out about the tournament. I had a few bets with my housemates. I said that with my luck my name was sure to come out, my friends said that you would not be so stupid as to let that happen." " I won" he added unnecessary.
"I will not be taking part as I have all ready proved that I never entered your tournament" he stated.
Dumbledore visibly tried to calm down. Mostly successful, "Harry can you please join the other champions in the anteroom."
In the room after all the others had made their feelings known, and had been told that he had to compete as it was a magically binding contract Harry demanded and got a full copy of the rules.
The Two Days Later – Headmasters Office
"Well Harry you asked to see all of us" said Fudge.
"Yes sir. How well have you studied the rules of the tournament?" Harry asked
Weatherby has read them and told my what I needed to know" replied Fudge pompously.
Harry nodded to Hermione Granger, who was holding his copy of the rules she said "We came across these in the small print" and she quoted " 256 sub section F. If a under aged champion is chosen they most be emancipated and be given full adult rights before the first task or both the Head of the school and the Minister will lose their magic."
Fudge and Dumbledore paled.
Fudge sputtered "I will have the papers filed this afternoon.
Hermione continued " 326. A school is only allowed one Champion per school, if more that one name is chosen the second name drawn must be transferred to a new school before the first task or the head of that school will lose their magic.

So an emancipated Harry and possibly on his way to a new school.
