Hey peoples of the interwebs! CryaoticLeBudderBacca here with an awesome minecraft fanfiction!

I kinda sorta named it after MinecraftUniverse's song, Eclipse, which could give all you guys and gals a little idea who's gonna be in the story! ;)

So without further ado, here is the prologue of: The Eclipse!

(Oh, and I'm using the term Budder, not Gold :) )

Prologue: If You Could See Me Now

7 Years later...

He's long gone now. I know it. I can feel it in my heart and I can tell it by the runes that were once the foundations of his base. We was so close at first. I was perfect. Perfect for him, at least. I knew that his friends didn't like me though. Whenever they looked at me, I could see the suspicion in their eyes. Especially his eyes. Sky's eyes. Sky despised me and hated me and was jealous of me when he first heard about me. Sky knew that he had Dawn, but I could tell that once he knew that his best friend had found love, he wanted his best friend more.

It lead to the fighting between the two. Sky made him leave, and all of his recruits that joined the Sky Army. I followed of course. I knew that if I didn't, then Sky would... Well, let's just say that what Sky and his friends would do to me would defiantly not be pretty.

Then the conflict rose after one event. And honestly, I take credit for that. It was my fault for trying to fix things. And I messed it all up and made Sky hate him even more. It was all because of one little thing that I said to Sky:

"He doesn't love you Sky. He wants me."

I can only blame my greed for saying that. I wanted my lover all for myself, and I certainly didn't want to share him with that crazy, budder-obsessed Sky.

And then I tried again. And failed even worse. And I didn't think that that was possible. But I suppose when you call Sky, the leader of the army that hates squids, a squid himself it seriously makes you wonder how I could could make such a stupid mistake.

Of course now, things defiantly aren't looking up. Well, for me at least. Jason and Sky's... relationship went from bad, to extremely bad - bad enough to cause a war - to back to normal. Well, actually more... passionate. I mean, let's just say that the only way that the pair of them could get closer is if they was fused together.

But I guess now Jason has what he wanted all along. His true love.

And I'm just the heartbroken ex who has nowhere else she can go to or anyone else she can talk to.

I turn around behind me. I look at the cliff edge that is so close to the ruins. I step closer to the edge and look down at the water below. It wouldn't be fast or even painless, but it will still be better than the pain that my broken heart feels now.

As I jump down, eyes closed, I hear the first words Jason said to me.

"You are perfect Eclipse. Perfect for me. And don't you ever think otherwise."

And as I begin to take my last breaths under the water, I couldn't feel any less perfect.

Ooooooooo! Doesn't it just make you want to read more?
