Super Smash Bros
It was another glee guy's night at the Hummel-Hudson household. Finn, Puck, Mike, Artie, and Sam were all in front of the basement television in Kurt and Finn's room playing Super Smash Bros Brawl on the Wii. Kurt sat above them watching as Sam and Puck were beating Finn and Mike, Artie was acting as an alternate, using there signature players of Donkey Kong, Sam, and Bowser, Puck. He knew for a fact that they didn't know what the other characters did; aside from Rob (Artie), Mario (Finn), and Ike (Mike). He looked back down at the copy of Vogue he had laying in his lap ,open to a page on the top ten hair tips for fall, and made up his decision. He carefully placed the magazine on his bedside table. Finn shouted causing him to look back up, just in time for the winners to be announced. It was not that big of a shock to look up and see that Sam and Puck had won. He rolled his eyes when he saw their little victory dances, Sam's being a weird try at the moonwalk while waving his arms, and Puck's just terrible body roll. Before the guys could press replay they heard a high pitched throat clearing behind them. Finn turned to see Kurt looking down at them from where he stood with his hands on his hips. "What do you want, Princess?" Puck asked staring at the teen in front of them. "I want to play if that's all right with you five?" Kurt quickly said before anyone could cut him off. Puck, Sam, and Mike broke down into fits of giggles causing Kurt to roll his eyes. He looked pleadingly at Artie, who broke down immediately after seeing his friend's puppy dog eyes. He handed Kurt the controller. Kurt's smile could have blinded anyone in that instant. "Thank you, Artie!" He chirped before sitting down next to Finn on the carpet. Puck and Sam sobered up and looked at each other a wicked gleam in their eyes. Meanwhile Mike had face palmed and Finn was staring at his stepbrother. "Are we going to play or not?" Kurt asked looking at the three other players. They nodded and quickly started the game. Instead of Rob appearing on screen for Arties turn Princess Peach skipped into view. Finn groaned, thinking it would be even worst than the last time. When the announcer yelled go Finn and Puck started to fight, leaving Sam to deal with Kurt. Sam grabbed a bat that appeared out of thin air and ran at his target, but when he got there Peach was no longer on the ground instead she was floating above him in the air. Sam blinked and stared for a couple minutes at the screen. In that time Kurt lowered the Princess to the ground and hit Donkey Kong over the head with a mushroom, effectively killing him. Puck and Finn stopped brawling at the sound of Sam's outraged cry. They turned to look at him and Puck asked, "Dude, what's wrong?" Sam stared at him a moment before pointing at the screen then to Kurt who sat there quietly moving his character across the screen to where Bowser stood with Mario in his hand. The five guys watched shocked as Kurt took out a fan and slapped the large, evil turtle across the screen and to his death. The announcer's voice brought them all to the present, just in time for them to see an empty seat next to Finn aside from the Wii remote and Nun chuck. The three team mates laughed at the dumbfounded expressions on their friends faces. "Hey, Kurt!" Finn shouted waiting for a reply. Kurt put his head in between the door and frame, "Yes?" he asked curiously staring at the boy. "Thanks!" Finn, Mike, and Artie shouted together. Kurt smiled at them in welcoming then shut the door the smile still in place.
