(-ISLI is the international student leadership institute. It's a Christian retreat at the Fatima seminary in dalton, pa. It helps to bring out leadership qualities.
-Facilitators are students which have gone through the ISLI training process twice and have been trained to lead the small groups in their assigned tasks.)

"Excuse Ms. Jones?" "Yes?" "You have a phone call." "Thanks." "She walked down a long hallway from her changing room to the phone, that hung on the wall, "hello?" "Hi Samantha, its Sarah Mountain. From the Fatima center." "Hey Sarah what's up?" "I'd hate to ask you this with your busy schedule and all, but you know about our ISLI summer camp session right?" "Yea what about it?" "Well this summer we're low on facilitators with everybody going to college and we need 4 more or we're gonna have to put 12 or 13 kids in each group and as you know that things aren't going to work to well with it like that. Is there any way that you can come facilitate June 26th to the 29th?" "I don't know for sure but since it's a month away I bet I could get the time off." "Thank you so much. That's helps us so much." "Don't mention it." "Now all we have to do is get 3 more people." "Actually I think I could do that." "Have they had the training?" "No but I believe they can do it." "Alright call me later if they agree." "Alright, talk to you then."
She hung up the phone and turned to head back to her room when she ran right into Chris Irvine (Jericho), "whoa, sorry." "Don't worry about it. You get used to it after awhile. So what was that about." "It was Sarah Mountain from a retreat I facilitate at. She asked me if I could this summer." "You sure you could get the time off?" she shrugged, "I hope so. Anyway she asked if I could find 3 other people so I was hoping that maybe..." "I could help?" "Yea actually." He thought about it a minute, "if I could get the time off. Who else are you gonna ask?"
