The moonlight captured his face perfectly. He leaned closer to me, his breath hot against my face. My nerves were tingling and my cheeks were on fire. I looked into his dark eyes and melted. His lips gently grazed mine; I leaned in closer and pulled him into a kiss. He kissed me back, it was soft at first but it became harder, deeper. My hands were entwined in his hair, his hands in mine. At that moment we were one. There was no Max, there was no Fang. I pulled away for a moment, stopping to catch my breath. I lay down on my back, the sound of the water crashing against the dock surrounding us. I felt strong arms around my waist, pulling my near him. I felt his legs brush mine, I blushed, and he laughed. I had always known he cared about me, but he had always been like a brother to me. Now I have all these feelings I can't even begin to describe. I caressed his face, and pulled him into another deep kiss. His kiss harder this time, as if this moment of paradise would never occur again. We continued for what seemed like hours. We pulled away slowly just looking in each other's eyes. We knew we were meant to be together.
"I love you."I whispered.
"I love you too." He quietly replied. And I knew he meant it.
