"Ah, so Koenma has finally found a new Spirit Detective. I thought he never would. Itsuki, my plan will soon be set in motion. Prepare yourself."
"Don't you want to wait until he has learned more? He still is a child after all."
"No, I've given him time enough. If he cannot defeat me now, then he never will."
"But Shinobu, he can't possibly beat you now."
"I know. It is only redemption...and the thought of ridding the earth of its horrible virus that compels me to attack."
"He is very unlike you."
"Yes, he is bull-headed, determined. Strong...very strong, in fact. Though none too bright. But he has defeated Toguro...and A-Class demon, I believe. If anything, it will be amusing to see how Yuske Urameshi and company try in vain to save this pathetic world."
"Youko Kurama and Hiei Jaganshi, two demons, are fighting on his side. What do you think of this?"
"It is mildly confusing. Perhaps...they are bound to service, somehow. I doubt that they shall remain on that side of the fight for very long. I sense both are close to becoming rather powerful – and intelligent – A-Class Demons, unless I miss my mark.
"You know you never do, Shinobu."
"Yes, well, perfection does have its price. Fortunately, I have yet to pay it."
AN: This is my first YYH fic, and it's just a little something I came up with. Should I continue? Cause then I would have to re-watch some eppies...::thinks:: Hmm...I think I will anyway! ::smile smile::
