At the beginning for some reason or another Iris will pull on Barry's shirt and discover how skinny he is. (not from anything bad but from having no body fat what's so ever - Flash)

Next, I will have Iris working with another officer. (not Eddie or Joe) and he or she is probably a rookie cop.

Right after that, we'll have a rumor started that Barry wears a corset.

Later a prank will happen. Iris and The Rookie pulled it and it has something to do with water.
