A poem I came up with completely on the spot.

I hope you all enjoy it.

Life is precious

Since time of birth

Except for one boy

Who thought his had no worth.

His father was a monster

Or so they say

He should never been born

He's just a rotten stray.

Was it good he had been born?

Gramps said if he lived he'd know.

Then Luffy comes into the picture

And tells him it was so.

Luffy wants him to live

Can it really be?

He promises never to die

And they would live regretless and free.

And now a war is being fought

He has to watch his brothers die

Why couldn't they have just left him?

All he can do is cry.

Luffy came in the end

And he just had to grin

For as far as Luffy was concerned

He was worth the effort to win.

It was good he had been born

He finally had his answer

Luffy and Whitebeard made it so

He thought as the magma heat spread like cancer.

He had to break his promise

So that Luffy could live free

As he dies he shouts,

"Thank you... for loving me!"

Life is precious

Since time of birth

And Fire Fist Ace's

Definitely held worth.

He may be dead

His fire gone with no trace

But his spirit lives on

In all those who loved Ace.

And you know what? A lot of people loved him.

They still do.
