okay so i had this all typed up to post up on the 31 BUT...MY FLIPPING COMPUTER CRASHED... So instead this is a albiet late birthday present to Verbophobic. This is her one shot i promised her...that im typing again...at midnioght...for the hell of it. HAPPY LATE BIRTHDAY!
Jessie sat on the railing watching impatiently as the sun sunk below the watery horizon. She kept tapping her fingers in rythym to the peoples footsteps that passed her.. it was only a matter of time before she would see...Him again...the guy who made her heart pound a million ways till sunday. Paul.
Just the thought of him made her squirm. She was absolutly in love with him and yet she questioned weather he felt the same towards her. Sighing as the last rays of sunlight dimemd from the sky she jumped down and straightened her jeans that were tucked into tan boots and her brown striped button up shirt...her short two toned hair blew in the breeze. her sunglasses settled on top of her head to hold back the bangs.
Now all she had to do was wait for them to show up...today was after all her birthday. She hoped they remembered. She spent so much time with them she might as well be a part of them.
She walked now impatient to the boardwalk entrance and paced back and forth until she heard the roaring of their bikes. her heart raced as they pulled to a stop in front of her wearing thier usuall smirks... She greeted them all with a huge smile..."Hey guys!" David grinned and got off his bike first.
"Hey Jessie, Happy birthday, he whispered in her ear.. She had to hold her self still. Dwayne greeted her next followed by marko and finally Paul..Who was the only one who had not wished her a happy birthday... her heart sank...this was not going to be good.
All night long they rode rides and ate food and just hung out...til the early morning rays of sun began to peek above the ocean. The boys were getting ready to leave but Paul hung back...
"Hey Jessie, Come here a sec will ya..." She slowly walked up to him with her heart pounding in her ears.
"Yea?"
"Closer."
"a few steps closer and she was right in his face..."What?"
He leaned in and captured her lips in a knee melting powerful kiss that made her heart feel like it was about to explode.
"Happy Birthday Baby Girl."
With that he drove away as the sun rose on another wonderful day and on the happiest girl in the world.
So this was going to be longer...but i like the way it came out anyway so SUCK IT UP AND DEAL! Happy Birthday to the girl behind Avery!
