Hey guys! So I was just so bored and I decided to post this invocation that I did in my English class last year. I know it's short but I was thinking of making it into a full story so here it is!
Help me, Muse to compose this story
Let the words pour from my brain to my fingertips,
And onto the keypad as I type my works of art that I,
May call a story. As she hears the sound of inspiration, blares through the speakers of her computer she is mesmerized by,
The sweet sound of the words as they tell her,
What her creation should contain. She closes her eyes and imagines,
A forest that is green and deep with mystery. She imagines,
Walking through that forest but stops, hearing a twig snap,
Curiously, she looks around, wondering who or what was there.
Seeing nothing, she starts walking again only to hear the snapping of yet another twig. Frightened,
She calls out a simple 'hello', earning no response.
She calls out 'is anyone there?', still no answer.
She turns around and sees a russet colored wolf that is bigger than a horse.
She makes no sudden movements for she is afraid of the monster attacking her.
As she looked into the monster's eyes,
She notices that there was something human about it and realized that it was not a monster.
She smiled at the creature and reaches out to touch it, but her hand shrinks back as she sees the wolf's features changing from wolf to man.
Soon before her was a man with russet skin and short raven hair and was naked as the day he was born.
Curiously, she tilts her head to the side and looks him over.
'Who are you?'
So...yeah. Tell me what you think, should I keep writing or should I just leave it alone. Until next time
