lupin the third story idea

this is a rough outline for a story idea that i have running around in my head, poll on profile for help making a decision regarding this story and two others, will go with what people want

Lupin and Zenigata have three different codes depending on trust, one code means he trusts the whole police department, another means he trusts specific members and let's Zenigata know who, the final code means he doesn't trust any of them and as such should not know that the cat and mouse game between the two is to be kept going to insure Lupin stays alive. Lupin supposedly killed five years before beginning of fic, does steal but also helps keep more dangerous criminals from continuing business and as such Lupin and Zengigata come to understanding between them. Occasionally is arrested to keep Zenigata on case due to no one in ICPO knowing the truth for own safety, game keeps going between Zenigata and the other three in memory and in job. At end lupin, jigen and goemon all sentenced to natural life sentences, fujiko sentenced to 80 years, would die ten years before sentence is up due to prison riot, she would die protecting guards who themselves were protecting prisoners not involved in riot. Zenigata would go on to a respectable career in ICPO and would retire after 20 years as top leader, would die before the three men protecting everyone from a terrorist attack and international soccer game called world cup he would save over five thousand lives, two codes put on zenigata gravestone, one that they were trustworthy of knowing secret, second was proof of death that wasn't able to be faked or come back from, only zenigata would have the death code per agreement made between the group since all of them believed zenigata would die last, agreement was that all of them including zenigata would have the death code on gravestone if he died last (they knew the chances of dying in prison were high from the beginning if they succeeded in getting to that point), if zenigata died before them only he would get death code. Last part of what happened to group talked about by future character, codes mentioned to be a mystery to that day but assumed to be private joke or message between zenigata and lupin gang

so this is an outline and part of a story idea that I have even though I am current writing another story, I will also have a poll for something I need you helping me decide on
