False Innocence
"Sesshoumaru-samaaa! She's doing it again!"
With a silent sigh, Sesshoumaru's eyes turned to look at the small child on Ah-Un's back. Her attention was on the flowers in her lap as she twiddled with them with her small hands, all while humming a pleasant little tune.
With a blink, his molten eyes turned to look ahead of him once more.
A few moments of silence passed...a growl...a childlike giggle...another angered growl...
"Argh! Milord, get her to stop!"
Sesshoumaru turned to look again. This time he saw that Rin was finished with the necklace of flowers and started on bracelets. Her feet were wagging in rhythm to the tune she was still humming.
His eyes turned to look ahead of him again.
'If they keep on like this...'
Another silence passed by...
"EEEH!"
"Ha! That's what you get, you little brat!"
As Sesshoumaru turned his attention behind him, he shook his head and softly tsked.
"Rin," he lightly scolded, "I told you that if you keep making faces at Jaken, your face will stick like that."
It took an hour before Rin's eyes stopped drooping and her lips to form back to normal.
