Hey guys! Yip I have finally come out of my dark hole. I know to stories in one day. Well here's something I wrote up while my PC was out of commission. I've been dyeing for a good AU fic lately, so I decided to make one myself. It's actually based on a song called 'Flavor of the week' it's actually a very good song.

It was summer vacation for the students of Kuruk Academy, and all I could think of was her horrible taste in boys. I would normally be hanging out at her house right now, but NO she was out with her new boyfriend Jet.

If you're wondering who I'm talking about, it's my best friend Katara. AKA: The love of my life, and the reason I keep day dreaming in Math. You see, Katara and I have been best friends for most of our lives, and I've been in love with her…for well…pretty much the entire time of said friendship.

I may only be fifteen but I'm pretty sure it's love, why wouldn't I love her! I mean she's beautiful, kind, caring, smart, strong willed, always full of hope…and her eyes! Those beautiful cerulean blue eyes, that melt my heart whenever I look into them… -sigh- Huh? Oh sorry he he he…where was I again?

Oh yes…

Honestly I blame myself for her being with Jet. That sexist jerk! The only thing he likes in a relationship is the girls' body! He wouldn't care if they went to Stanford as long as she had a nice butt!

So yah, because I'm too much of a wuss to tell her my feelings, she wound up with that pig.

Oh me. Well to her I'm just her goofball friend. The shoulder to cry on. Yah I'm basically like a brother to her. You know, just a cute little fella.

So like I said, it's the beginning of summer vacation, and instead of being with the girl of my dreams, I'm lying on my bed while she's out with her so-called boyfriend.

"-Sigh- I need help."
