The Sailor Scouts of Orange Star High School
Sailor Moon
Once again, Sharpener slept through his alarm clock. He rushed out the door, running as fast as he could to school, since he was running late. He didn't realise that this moment would change his life forever. Even years down the track, he wasn't sure if this change was for the best, or if it was for the worst. Looking back on this day, he was willing to think that it may have been for the worse.
He stopped, distracted by a bunch of young children making a noisy racket. All should've been at school already. School had started ten minutes ago. Unlike himself, they were not trying to rush. Sharpener wished he didn't have to rush. Unfortunately since his attendance record was so bad, he spent the majority of his time in detention. The Principal was also threatening to hold him back a year if he didn't keep his attendance level up. He hated school, if he didn't need to be there he would be. He didn't need the extra year of school just because of poor attendance! He didn't get in too much trouble with his teachers.
Part of him wanted to keep running to school and ignore the children. Another part of him was curious to see what the boys were doing. Curiosity won out. What he saw made his blood boil. They were attacking what he assumed was a black cat. It wasn't a normal cat since it had a banana shaped mark on its head, or at least that was what Sharpener assumed the mark to be.
"Leave the cat alone!" Immediately the kids scattered. He was no Videl Satan, but he could still intimate kids to rescue animals. He tried not to show it too often, but he had a soft spot for all animals; he just couldn't stand seeing them get hurt.
The boys had been gone for several minutes. The cat had been following him ever since. It looked like it wanted something.
"Thank you."The cat had a feminine voice. She sounded rather polite with that one word.
"You can talk." Sharpener was in shock. It was not every day you came across a talking cat. Sure, he knew they existed but it was still rare to come across one that would talk.
"I can read and write as well. My name is Luna." She seemed rather proud of her reading skill.
The cat looked like she was going to talk some more when a very familiar and annoying sound went off in the distance. Something had triggered the bank alarm. Knowing the crime rate of Satan City, it wasn't a false alarm either. The bank was most likely being robbed ... again. What did that make it; three attempts in the past week?
"It must be the Nega Verse," she looked highly concerned about whoever this Nega Verse was. It wasn't anyone he'd ever heard of before. He pondered if they were the bullies from the next school over; they had a name similar to that or maybe it was one of the adult gangs. Videl would know. She dealt with them all the time. In fact, Videl was probably on her way to the bank already.
He considered heading back to school when the cat did a crazy backflip leap. The leap was stunning to watch, sparkles coming from everywhere. Luna seemed to be moving in slow motion. He was wondering if he was still asleep, especially when the cat summoned a decorated box which looked similar to the compact mirror his ex-girlfriend owned. After all, cats talking were really uncommon and the ones that could talk couldn't summon mirrors.
"Hold this up and shout Moon Prism Power." Gone was the polite cat he'd met minutes earlier. Now she was demanding him to do something he didn't wish to do. Luna pushed the mirror towards him. Insisting he needed to take it. She was rather bossy for a cat, maybe that was why there weren't more talking cats. She didn't even bother explaining why he needed to say those words, or why she felt the need to summon a mirror in the first place.
Just to amuse the talking cat, Sharpener did as he was told him.
For several seconds, he had no control of his body. He began to spin slowly on the spot he was standing. His clothing all vanished, but he wasn't exactly naked. He seemed to be a transparent pink colour. His chipped fingernails were somehow replaced with well-manicured nails covered in red nail polish. The only part of his body that wasn't transparent pink.
The mirror that had been in his hand's moments before levitated and attached itself to his chest. From the broach burst forth a dark pink ribbon that surrounded his body. Wrapping around him tightly, before changing into a white leotard with a large pink bow. He wanted to cover his privates, yet still couldn't control his body.
Against his will, he held his arms above his head. He was starting to feel sick from the uncontrollable spinning. The world around him didn't even look like Satan City any longer. His previously bare hands were covered by the same ribbon that made his leotard. With a bright blinding flash of light right in his face, they turned into pristine white-clothed. He couldn't understand why his nails had to transform if they were going to be covered by gloves.
The same pink ribbon surrounded his legs. He was expecting them to turn white like his gloves and leotard but instead ended up with tight knee high heeled boots. From nowhere a skirt and more ribbons appeared. He wasn't sure why they didn't appear when the leotard appeared. Something hard and cold attached itself to his head. With no control over his own body, he ended up posing with one hand on his hip and the other held up to his face.
What felt like an eternity had only been a few seconds. As soon as he had control again he fell flat on his face. He sat up and felt the cold metal on his forehead. He couldn't remove whatever it was. He couldn't feel his hair done his neck or back like normal. Feeling through his hair, it was now in pigtail buns. He couldn't undo his hair. His heart raced as his hands travelled to his privates. He sighed with relief. He was still a man. He'd thought for a moment he'd been turned into a girl.
"What did you do to me, you stupid cat! Change me back now!"
There was no way he was going around anywhere in a dress! Even if said dress was rather comfortable. This had to be a crazy dream! No dream wasn't correct, an insane nightmare. He considered stripping. Going around nude was better than going around in a skimpy dress, wasn't it? Yes, it defiantly was. He ran to a nearby ally, tripped and stumbled would be more accurate. Sharpener wasn't used to walking around in heels. He never wanted to get used to walking around in high heels.
Safely hidden from view, he tugged at the gloves. They were hard to remove, but in the end they came off. Next where the shoes. He fell back into the wall when with each boot he took off. He rubbed the hard bump on his head. Finally, the leotard came off. He was surprised he didn't have any underwear underneath the leotard. Honestly, he'd been expecting to find woman's underwear, much like his mother and sister owned. He sighed in relief, he was no longer in that awful dress. Okay, so his nails were done up and his hair was stuck in buns but he no longer had the awful dress on. His relief was short lived. Only moments later a new set had materialised on him. The previous set was still sitting in the bin in front of him.
"You're Sailor Moon and you fight for love and justice and you're going to stop the bank robbery. There are innocent lives that needed to be saved. You can't sit here undressing all day."
"But Saiyaman and Videl will stop the bank robber," saving people wasn't his thing; that's why he didn't help Videl when she left school to save the city. His thing was helping defenceless animals. Though if all animals were secretly like Luna, he might have to change his stance.
"I don't know who this Saiyaman and Videl are, but I assure you that they will not be able to stop the Nega Verse." Luna was rather insistent that Luna that Sharpener, no make that Sailor Moon, go and stopped the bank robbery.
"But one or both of them always stop the bank robberies eventually. Besides, I need to go to school. I'm already late as it is."
He couldn't believe he was arguing with a cat, a very annoying cat who had transformed him into a cross dresser. If anyone ever says him, his poor popularity was going to suffer so much. The worst thing was, he lost the argument with the cat.

"Okay, I'm at the bank robbery, looking like a drag queen dork. What do you want me to do now, you evil cat?"He wished he'd never saved the cat from those kids. He could actually now see why they were attacking him. He felt pity for the kids; he bet the cat had turned them into crossdressers as well. He also took his time heading to the bank robbery. He was past caring about the fact he was super later for school. He wouldn't be surprised if they'd called his father already.
It had actually been hard walking to the place of the bank robbery. How girls could walk in heels, he'd never understand.
"Take your tiara off and say moon tiara magic and throw your tiara."
Sharpener stared at the cat. Last time he had said a phrase he'd turned into a drag queen. He was trying to work out if doing as she said was worth it. He didn't even want to know what would happen this time when he said those words. Luna looked threatening, which was starting to intimidate him. What was the worst that could happen? So that was the metal thing on his head. A tiara. Last time he'd tried to remove it, the thing wouldn't budge. This time, it came off with ease. With a sigh, he did was the cat had instructed him to do. "Moon Tiara Magic." He threw the Tiara as instructed. He was told and watched in horror as the bank robbers he threw the tiara at turned to sand.
Oh great, the cat had turned him into a drag queen murderer!
"What type of freaky powers did you give me? I'm going to get sent to prison for the rest of my life for murder because of you. Let's get out of here before Saiyaman or Videl turn up." Sharpener made a run for it, leaving Luna behind at the murder scene.

Videl fumed. Another new superhero appeared in town, and they had stopped the bank robbery before she had arrived. At the rate these super powered heroes were going, there was going to be no one left to help. The police would call on her less and less. That would mean that she'd actually have to spend the whole day at school! This new superhero, some skanky girl, had turned the bank robbers into dust! Why did all these superheroes have to have crazy powers? Why did she just have to be a normal girl; well not really normal, after all her father was a millionaire and the city had been re-named after her family. But she didn't have super powers. How was she meant to compete with them?
"Don't you think Sharpener looks a little flustered this morning?" Erasa asked, bringing Videl out of her silent rant.
Said boy was wearing a beanie, bulky jacket and loose pants. He had to be sweltering in those clothes. He'd either lost a bet with the baseball club or he was trying to cheat on his exams.
"He's properly worried about the exams we have today." She started panicking herself. She'd been so busy with police work that she hadn't even studied for her exams yet. They were about to sit for them. Why couldn't she be called out for police work now! That way she would only have to do the makeup exam. For some reason, they were always easier than the normal exams.
"I bought my lucky pencil in; do you want to borrow it?" Erasa asked, holding up a fluffy pink pencil. Videl just sighed at her best friend; she wouldn't be caught dead holding the fluffy pink pencil.
