I haven't written any Disney Fairies stories in a while and this has been an idea that was in my head for a long while and was inspired by the song I'm Flying from the Fairytopia soundtrack and it made me imagine if there was a wingless fairy in Pixie Hollow but here goes.

Melody is an new story teller talent fairy who just arrived in Pixie Hollow but doesn't have wings and Vidia makes fun of her until Kyto escapes and it takes the Never Fairies and a young human girl along with Melody to stop him.

I hope fellow Disney Fairies fans enjoy.

It was a cold Winter's night in the Mainland as a young infant laughed in it's crib as something magical happened as a breath left as the night wing carried it to the shores of Neverland and to Pixie Hollow but the other Never Fairies were surprised seeing an new fairy had arrived as Queen Clarion smiled as the new fairy appeared after the shimmer of pixie dust faded.

The queen of the fairies smiled seeing that this young fairy was different in appearance as she had blue hair with green eyes but was slender but she was looking down at the ground as the other Never Fairies were staring at her but Clarion understood.

"W-Where am I?" she asked.

Queen Clarion laughed gently.

"Welcome to Pixie Hollow.

I know that you are special.

But we must see what talent you have." she said.

But the young fairy was curious yet nervous as she saw she was a story teller talent fairy as Lyria and the other fairies of their talent kin approached but Lyria heard Vidia snicker.

"She doesn't have any wings.

How can she be one of us?" she said.

Tink was annoyed hearing Vidia say that but the new fairy was silent as she followed Lyria to the Fairy Tale Theatre.

Vidia cackled as she and the others left.

Melody was looking at herself in a mirror in her house in the Home Tree but was nervous wondering where her wings were as she knew all the other Never Fairies had wings making her worried as strands of blue hair hid the sadness in her green eyes as she was on her bed but didn't know that Lyria was watching but she felt bad for Melody.

She knew that Vidia had pointed out to Melody that she didn't have wings but knew wings didn't make the fairy as it was what was inside that counted but she decided to leave her alone for now as she needed to talk to a few friends of hers.

She hoped that Melody would be okay...
