Vriska was still laying on the bed, presumably where she'd been that morning when Terezi had left for work.
She was sure Vriska had promised oh-so-convincingly to clean the bombsite their apartment had become, and yet Terezi was still tripping over things at every other step. Her nose twitched as the scent of popcorn approached her, and she frowned as she located her roommate/whatever Vriska had decided they were this week.
She dropped her cane and knelt on the bed, something crunched under her knees,
"Jegus, Vriska, are you eating popcorn in my bed?"
She heard a rustle and crunch as Vriska answered her question by devouring more of the snack.
"Ugh, maybe."
She groaned, and the bed shifted under Terezi as Vriska moved towards her and pulled her against her.
"Don't just come in and bitch at me, maybe I missed you when you were out."
Terezi rolled her blank eyes and dug her knee into Vriska's stomach. "You're a filthy liar, Vriska."
Vriska bit hard into Terezi's throat, making her hiss and suck some of Vriska's strawberry-scented hair into her mouth.
She chewed at it curiously, enjoying the mixture of strawberry shampoo and jet black liquorice hair.
"You're so weird,"
Vriska muttered against her collarbone and raked her nails up Terezi's back.
She pulled away and looked back to the t.v.
"Hey, what would you do if I was in a plane crash?"
Terezi wrinkled her nose, surprised at the sudden question. "A what?"
Things were a lot more complicated now Vriska watched all these human movies and understood so much more about the other planet than her.
"Its like," Vriska paused and thought for a moment, "Humans use these huge things to go around in the sky, and sometimes they fall down and explode."
Vriska frowned in concentration, and Terezi looked as confused as ever.
"But… why?"
Vriska sighed and threw one of the many scalemates from the bed at her, "Gog, I don't know, to get places maybe?!"
She yelled, frustrated.
Terezi let the plush hit her in the chest, "Would you die?"
She pushed Vriska down, the other girl going down easily, and climbed onto her.
She felt Vriska shrug under her, "probably."
Terezi blinked sightlessly, "oh. I don't know."
Vriska huffed, "Wouldn't you be sad if I died and never came back again?"
"I don't know, maybe."
Terezi muttered, undoing the buttons of Vriska's shirt buttons and nibbling on her chest thoughtfully.
They had a few moments of silence as Vriska removed Terezi's glasses and put them on the bedside table.
She watched her pure red eyes flutter and shut as she did, darting this way and that despite seeing nothing.
She almost would have felt sorry for her if not for feeling gloriously triumphant.
She brushed her finger under Terezi's eye, feeling her muscles tense and her teeth tighten around her flesh.
She smirked, then ran a hand through her hair, pulling her up by it and smashing their mouths together.
Terezi tasted bitter, like resentment and regret.
Vriska kicked her off of herself and off the bed, watching as she stumbled backwards, hit the wall and slid down it.
"I bet you'd cry for days, you're so weak."
She grinned and walked to the door, glancing back at the girl on the floor.
Terezi was grinning, to her surprise, a sliver of teal blood running from her bottom lip and Vriska watched as she licked it up thoughtfully.
"You would cry for me too."
