COOL TRICK

Link was walking around Hyrule Castle Town, wondering how to prepare for the fight ahead. He had to take Vaati down, or it was game over for Zelda, his childhood friend (and his sister-like figure). Elzo spoke up, seeing the young boy very much worried. "You know, getting frazzled won't help any. Try and relax."

Link looked up. "Easy for you to say. Your childhood friend whom you've known since like, ever, isn't in danger of dying at the hands of an evil sorcerer who plans to take over the whole world and kill the entire royal family!" He yelled at his hat for a friend.

Elzo was QUITE caught off-guard by Link's outburst, and was sweat dropping a little. "Jeez, sorry…"

Link saw Elzo's state and sighed. "Sorry, just nervous. Like EXTREMELY nervous."

"Maybe you can practice with your items. I'm sure there are uses for them that we haven't figured out." Elzo said as jumped off Link's head. "Like that Roc's Cape. Never seen it before, so I'm sure there's still some mystery around it."

"Okay…" Link wasn't sure where Elzo was going, but he knew to not question him a LONG time ago. His brain was half the reason they got as far as they did. Why doubt him now?

*A FEW MINUTES LATER, IN SOUTH HYRULE FIELD*

"Okay, got it on. Now what?" Link asked as he looked up, a wondering glow in his eyes.

"Try and jump in a direction other than the one you're facing." Elzo said as he tried to hold on as tight as he could without blocking Link's vision.

"Okay…" Link took a deep breath, and jumped. He went forward, like he usually did. He tried again, this time going more to the left. He kept trying to jump in unusual ways, until he went backwards!

"Whoa! Odd jump that was! Well, ya jumped in a 'not-forward' direction. Man, that was weird-" Elzo got cut off by Link jumping backwards again. And again. And again. Until he "moonjumped" as he called it all the way to Hyrule Castle Town.

"That was WICKED! Right, Elzo? Uh, Elzo..?" He was currently swirly-eyed as he began to slip off Link's head.

YES, YOU CAN "MOONJUMP" IN MINISH CAP USING THE ROC'S CAPE. JUST JUMP ONCE WITHOUT PUSHING THE D-PAD, THEN WHEN YOU JUMP AGAIN, PUSH THE D-PAD IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION OF WHERE YOU ARE FACING.
