Life Without Him
When George realizes what he needs to finish after the loss of his brother, and best friend Fred. What had Fred done? How will George handle it? I DO NOT OWN THESE AMAZING CHARACTERS, THE LIVELY J.K. ROWLING DOES!
It had been only two weeks George had spent alone in the shop. The crowds were limited, and the store wasn't as noisy. George leaned over the counter and thought about all the good times he and Fred had. The look of Umbridge's face still sparkled in his memory. He was near tears by this time. He thought about the summer before their final year and how they locked themselves into their room and worked on their candies, and other small jokes. He now felt the tears rolling down his cheeks, when he was shaken back down to earth.
A woman with dark hair stared at him, for she too had lost a close friend in the battle. She knew it was hard for him, because she had only lost a friend, not a twin brother. George stared back at her for around fifteen seconds and he said, " How can I help you?" She looked at him and chuckled, " You seem rather gloomy." "Blimey, how could you tell?" he replied sarcastically. He watched her as she thought over it, and suddenly realized why she was there. His heart pounded through his chest. He knew she didn't have a good sence of humor, why else could she be here?
Angelina Johnson, Fred's girlfriend before driven apart by death, was blushing and looked to be rather frightened. George had already known why she was here, he heard Fred yelling in his room before the tragedy. He knew that his best friends girlfriend was pregnant, with his child. George knew that she was here to confess, and ask if Fred had already told him, and posibly ask for help with the child.
"George, I need to admit something, that i am uncertain you know about, you obviously know about me and Fred's relationship." Her dark, brown eyes watched as George nodded his head. "Well, one night me and Fred had you-know-what, and somehow, I wound up pregnant."
George tried to act as if he hadn't already known. "I'm so sorry" he replied. He had to admit that he was lost in her beauty to pull something else out of his clever mind. In all honesty he had always been jealous of Fred and Angelina's romantic involvement. In fact he was very annoyed when he heard some of the naughty noises escaping Fred's room. He gazed at her, unsure of what to say next.
