(Third Person POV)
Life for the Cullen was great, or so they thought. Everything was about to change in a way that they never thought possible. They would never have expected their 'perfect life' to change.
Jasper was sitting in his study reading one of the new books he had added to his major collection.
Jasper jumped to his feet when he heard footsteps walk up to the door. When he looked up, he saw his pixie-like wife with a sad look on her beautiful face.
She walked over to Jasper; Never making eye contact. She stretched up, kiss his cheek, and laid a small folded piece of paper in his hands.
"This is not a goodbye, Jasper. This is a see you when everything is right."
She rushed out of the small room filled with books. As soon as Jasper could not hear her footfalls; he grabbed the note. Brought it up to his face, and read:
Dearest Jasper,
I know that leaving you a note is childish of me, but this is the easiest way for me to tell you this. I had a vision of mine and Edward's soulmates. We will be leaving as soon as I give you this. Jasper, don't doubt that I love you. I do, but I have slowly fell out of love with you. I never meant to hurt you this way. Please take care of Bella. I'm very worried about her. You know what happened last time that Edward left. I promise that I WILL return to you someday. We will be the best of friends. I am not your soulmate, Jasper. By the time I return you will have yours. You will be the happiest that you have ever been. Trust me.
I will always love you. Be safe.
Love, Alice.
Jasper dropped down to his knees; not knowing why this would happen. His only thought was, 'Never bet against Alice.' Alice's visions had never let him down, and he wouldn't let Alice down. He would take care of Bella to the best of his ability.
Bella walked into her house and saw a similar note on the kitchen table, but her's was from Edward. Bella didn't know what to say, do, or even think.
Bella knew that Edward had been acting weird lately, but she thought that maybe there was a family problem or something that wasn't very important.
Dear My Sweetest Bella,
I really know that my leaving hurt you last time. I'm sure that this will hurt, too. Both times I have done this to you for a good reason. Bella, Alice has saw our real soulmates. I thought you were mine. I love you very much, Bella. That is one of the reason why I have to leave. To let you have your destiny. It would be wrong for me to take away your chance to get your soulmate. I am going to be honest with you and say that it surprised me. I know you very well, Bella, so don't feel bad when you meet this person, and become greatly attached to them. This is what I want. I will always love you, and I will be there for you when you need me. I hope you get your ever after, just like I want mine. I'll miss you, Bella.
Love, Edward.
So, she grabbed her keys and headed towards the big, white house where her second family waited for her. Bella kept thinking about who Edward was talking about. Did all this mean that Alice left, too? 'Poor Jasper,' thought Bella, 'I will be there for him.'
Alice smiled as she had a vision of Bella though. "Yes, you will be, Bella." Alice knew what would happen, but she was loving the fact that she will get to see it progress.
Alice and Edward had stopped halfway to there destination to hunt.
"Are you coming, Edward?" Alice sang as she sprinted through the forest.
Edward followed behind Alice and ran to her yellow Porsche. There destination grew closer every moment.
