'What did I do to deserve to be unhappy like this?' that is what my mind always says when I see the bespectacled boy when I go to practice. I know in my heart that he would not see me as more than I friend but I need to try just in case he changes his mind about those things.
"Practice everyone!" our team captain said.
We did our drills. Everything was peaceful until Sakuragi and Kaede would rumble, trying to kill each other. Akagi would give them their respective punches that would make them a little daze a moment. I walk towards my love of my life. I bend my head a little to smell his scent for a little while.
"You smell good, Kimi-chan..."
He turned around with his eyes widened, fire burned in them. I know he would explode again with the mere mention of the nickname I gave him.
"What did you say?" he asked, his eyes glinting with the words "murder" in them. I smiled and shook my head. He returned his vision to the two freshmen that still fighting and this time, the captain is with them. i decided to trease him some more. I like the way his eyes burned through me, even if it is to kill me.
"Kimi-chan!" I shouted. He immediately turned and the chase is on. The gym became a riot. Sakuragi and Rukawa are still fighting, Ryota is drroling over Ayako and Kimi-chan is running after me, ready to kill me with his bear hands. I looked behind me and saw his eyes blazed.
"DON'T CALL ME KIMI-CHAN!!!! HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU!?!?!" he yelled at me.
"BUT KIMI-CHAN IS A CUTE NAME!!!!" I yelled back laughing.
Suddenly a ball fall from nowhere and landed just in front of me. I jumped over it and wondered where the ball came from. I looked behind me and Kimi-chan has two balls on his arms, aiming at me.
"MITSUI, I'M GOING TO KILL YOU!!!!"
"AS LONG AS YOU WILL DO IT, KIMI-CHAN, I'LL DIE A HAPPY MAN!!!"
He throws the two balls, missing me completely and I laugh at him gain. We are still running but when I looke back, Kimi-chan stopped beside Ayako.
"WHAT'S THE MATTER KIMI-CHAN, TIRED ALREADY????" I teased again. I know I shouldn't tease him that much but I couldn't help it. His eyes blazed again upon hearing the nickname I gave him. He grabbed Ayako's fan and started running after me again. 'Uh-oh... that fan is painfull!' concluding to myself since it was not the first time Kimi-chan used the fan to silence me.
Then, the unexpected happen, I tripped. Hisashi Mitsui tripped because is shoelaces were untied. The pain shot through me. A shadow fell over me. I looked up and saw Kimi-chan smirking!
"Don't ever call me Kimi-chan!" he said and slapped the fan on my head. My vision doubled a bit. I secretly smiled to myself. 'Until he doesn't realize my feelings for him, I'll continue to tease him until he gets it and accepts it. At least now, I'm contented with the things that happen.'
