AN Obligatory I do not own characters.
The Avengers, including their newly inducted member, Spiderman, were sitting near a taco truck on a nice day. New York City, which was usually teeming with villains ready to ruin the day of the Avengers, seemed to be taking a break from evil for once. Looking at the Avenger that day one would see a group of friends enjoying one another's company and smiling while eating tacos. Tony had ordered an overly complex taco, involving at least five different seasonings, just to be difficult. Bruce was eating a nice veggie taco. Natasha and Clint favored soft tacos. Thor was eating normal tacos easily eating double the amount the others ate combined. Steve similarly ordered a normal taco. Peter, who just wanted to not cause trouble, also ate a plain taco. It was peaceful until Steve received a phone call from Director Fury.
"Doctor Doom has teamed up with the Green Goblin and the two are causing mayhem in Manhattan. There are Doombots everywhere. Get there as fast as possible."
Steve immediately transitioned from laid back Steve to team leader Captain America.
"Guys, Suit Up. Doombots in Manhattan with Doctor Doom and the Green Goblin."
And so, off the Avengers went. Their day again ruined by supervillains wreaking havoc somewhere around New York.
Spiderman was excited, mainly because this was his first official mission as an Avenger. He was eager to prove he belonged on the team with people as great as Iron Man and Captain America. Spiderman was also nervous, as he was worried, he would be removed from the team if he didn't do well.
When the Avengers arrived, the Green Goblin flew by, cackling in a hair-raising way. "You'll never defeat us. Apart we may have been defeated, but together Doom and I will destroy the Avengers." The Green Goblin then flew off to warn Doom that the Avengers had arrived. As the Green Goblin saw Doom, there was immediately love in the air. The Green Goblin looked into Doom's eyes, which were sparkling with love for him and said ", The Avengers have come, just as we expected them to. Let's execute our plan with the Doombots." Doom looking deeply into the Goblin's eyes replied ", Yes, Let's execute the plan, my dear Goblin." And so Doom walked over to a console and pulled a switch.
The Avengers were fighting the Doombots. It looked like they were winning when suddenly, the Doombots started to merge together, forming six massive Doombots. Each Doombot was specifically tailored to capturing a specific Avenger. The Avengers tries to win but could not fight the massive Doombots. One by one the Avengers were captured and taken to Doom and the Goblin.
"We win!" said the Goblin.
Doom and the Goblin decided to keep the Avengers as trophies in their dungeon. Doom and the Green Goblin then went on to rule the world.
