A storm was coming, but they didn't listen. I was told to wait for mark to come home. I was only five years old. Dinner for me was fish sticks and corn. I sat on the couch while mom and dad got ready to go out to the movies and dinner. Then the phone rang, as mark saying he would be late. He told down that'll be fine by myself for an hour. So then let me to wait for my brother, mark. As a storm raged, I sat and hold my sweet teddy bear. The phone rang like the church bells on a Sunday morning. I picked up. It was the voice of my great Aunt Mary. She told me to go into her old room and go to sleep and that my brother be home in the morning. So I did what I was told. The next morning mark was handbook mom and dad were not. I told mark about the phone call. I thought he would laugh that lab or tell me it was all my head, but he did not. He does tell me get dressed. After I got dressed, we went to the place where she was buried. When we got there a phone wire was wrapped around the great stone. That same day a policeman came to the door. If he told us that our parents were in a car crash. They cannot survive. So mark to raise me and self. It was a strange start, but we managed to work with it. Now I have kids have and happily happy and great Aunt Mary is still be out for me. Yet to this day I still wonder why my brother did not laugh. Then I found out why, when my brother fell ill and I went to take care of him. He told me that great Aunt Mary called him on his cell and told him that pull over to the side of the road. So he would not be killed in the storm. Again she is looking out for us. And for that I am grateful. I smiled and helps them to setup. We spent the rest of the time talking about great Aunt Mary. But those are other stories for another time.
