It came to me in a vision. Enjoy.

Disclaimer: I don't own X-Men: Evolution. Nuff said.

"YO! FRED!"

The yell could be heard through the entire cafeteria. The person behind the voice, the young Todd Tolansky, got several glares from his fellow classmates who felt they were interrupted from their conversations due to Todd's call.

"Yeah? What's up?" the response given from the intended person meant to receive the call, the slightly older Fred Dukes. Mister Dukes, as he was sometimes referred to by the faculty and the younger freshmen of the school, was busy eating his lunch. His Lunch, which consisted of several assorted food groups, was piled high on to his tray, looking some what like an edible tower.

Todd walked, or better put, he hopped towards the bulky boy. "How much do you trust me?"

Fred nearly choked on his food when he heard the question. "Come Again?" ,he asked when he finished clearing his vocals.

Todd repeated, "I said how much do you trust me?"

Fred, still slightly stunned by the question thought for a moment before asking, "Why do ask?"

The young man sighed and began his short story. "Well, It happened about 5 minutes ago when I asked Peitro if I could bum a couple bucks off him for lunch, right . . .

"Right," was Fred's add on to it.

"Well, he said no, and I was like, come on I'll pay ya back later, but he still said no." Todd took a breath of air before continuing, "And I was like, YO dude, what, you don't trust me or something?

Fred nodded in response with a "Uh huh."

"And he's like "Listen swamp breath, 'I trust you as about as far as I can throw you' or some stupid shit like that. Can you believe that?" Todd asked his friend, anger in his eyes, "So that's why I'm askin you how much do you trust me?"

Fred had to think about that for while. Trust? How does one measure trust? Then he thought back to what Peitro had said, and a look of understanding came over his face. He said, "Ok. Lets find out."

Todd who had been sneaking food off of Fred's tray looked up with a face of surprise and confusion. "Huh?" was all he could get out before he was lifted up into the air by one of Fred's massive hands

Todd finally realizing what was about to happened, started to struggle as best as he could. "Hold up YO! It was a figure of speech! Don't do . . ."

But his cries go unheard as he is thrown through the air, high above the building and finally out of sight. Fred smiled to himself and gave himself a mental pat on the back, for thinking of a great way to tell Todd how much he trusted him. He then went back to the tray in front of him and continued his food intake.

Elsewhere. . .

Rogue walks out of the schools theater from her meeting with the drama club, just as a screaming missile like object falls out of the sky. As it lands it leaves quite the nice hole in it's wake. Rogue calmly walks over and peers down the hole to see the badly dazed Todd saying, "He must trust me a lot. . ."

Rogue rolls her eyes heavenward and mumbles to herself, "Thank God I got my ass out of that house when I did." And continues towards the cafeteria on the other side of the school property.

The End.

Maybe. . .

R/R please.
