"Ne, ne, Mori-chan! Isn't this butterfly kawaii?" In small hands was an even smaller butterfly, its delicate wings flapping softly. Glancing at it, Mori gave a nod in agreement and returned to practicing with his kendo stick. The two teens were outside where Mori practiced and Hani played. Or, as he was currently doing, chased the butterflies. Eventually though, Hani would tire out and fall asleep in the high stalks of grass and Mori would carry him back inside.

"Mori-chan, wouldn't it be wonderful to be a butterfly?" The taller teen grunted in reply. "I wish I could fly…." Mori stopped, watching as Hani reached up to a butterfly in the sky. The golden wings seemed to reflect the sunlight beautifully. Suddenly, Hani fell backward, landing with a soft thud on the ground. Instincts taking over, Mori ran over to the blond, worry strong in his mind.

But when he reached him, Hani was laying there, eyes closed, and chest moving up and down steadily. A sigh of relief escaped through his lips. The same butterfly from the sky landed cautiously on Hani's nose, bringing a rare smile to Mori's face as his eyes snapped open with surprise. Carefully, Hani plucked the insect from his nose, placing it in his hands. He held out his hand close to Mori.

"See, Mori-chan?" Large hands closed around his tiny ones, dwarfing them in size. Looking up, Hani watched as the butterfly flitted away. Bright red lit up his face as Hani looked back to find Mori mere centimeters from his face. "Mori?" He breathed, his own breath mingling with that of Mori's. Slowly, the dark-haired teen moved closer, only stopping once—to make sure it was okay with the blond—before he closed the gap, fully kissing him.

Eyes sliding shut, Mori's insistent lips swallowed Hani's moan. A smooth tongue tapped his lips and he granted the unspoken request. Mori ran his tongue along the roof of Hani's mouth, playing lightly with the other's own tongue. When the need for oxygen became too much, the two broke apart, breathing deeply. Hani giggled, his face tinted dark red. Suddenly, what seemed like hundreds of butterflies soared through the sky, many landing around and on the two.

They both smiled as Hani said, "I wish we could fly…."

A/N: Yaaay! Another short story! I like short stories. My friend gave me the pairing and a theme for 'Storms' and 'Butterflies', so it was easier to write. I should have a few more stories up hopefully soon 8D
