So. I love Cat from Victorious LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS 3 so I decided to do 3 short drabbles about the side of her no one really ever sees. It's short, but... I like it... so.. YEAH! Review please!

Cat Valentine isn't sad. No, she's just very, very tired.
Though sometimes, she's not very tired at all. Sometimes, she sits up with a jolt in the middle of the night, heart racing, as the energy pours through her veins. Sometimes her fears overtake her until she's shaking and covered in a thin layer of sweat and tears are glistening down her cheeks.
But that's only sometimes.
"Lovelovelove," Cat chants to herself.
Four letters, one syllable. Two consonants and two vowels.
One simple word.
{{Enough to break her}}
"NonoNO!" Cat screams silently.
One basic command. A simple denial. Two letters that spell out leigons of hidden meanings.
One easy word.
{{Enough to hurt her}}
"Ouchouchouch," Cat cries at night.
One sound. One word. A perfect balance of consonants and vowels.
One expression of pain.
{{Not enough to stop her}}
Cat likes words. Words are lovely. They're always there, when you speak, when you think, when you sing, cry, laugh, scream. No matter what, words are always there.
One of Cat's favorite words is "rainbow." Cat likes rainbows, yes, yes she does. Rainbows are beautiful and colorful. They captivate her, steal her attention and take hold of her focus. Cat likes to look at rainbows, but she wishes they would come around more often. People don't understand that about Cat. People think Cat is strange for wishing it would rain, because they don't see she doesn't want the rain, per say, but she wants the rainbow that will follow it in sunny California. But people don't really understand Cat very well, anyways.
Another thing Cat likes about words is that she can change them, make a different form of them. Cat likes to ask questions. People don't always like her questions, though. Cat is very innocent, and she doesn't understand sometimes. When she doesn't understand, she asks questions. Some people who know Cat are patient and kind, and answer her questions, but most just look at her strangely. Most ask "Aren't you old enough to figure that out yourself?" and move on.
But most people aren't Cat.
