"Maureen? Maureen?" said Joanne trying to get her girlfriends attention yet again.

"Uh yeah sorry"

So I was thinking…Maureen!…Maureen! Well I might as well not even be here. I was so angry, why wouldn't she listen to me. Oh don't be stupid Joanne its because she is too busy checking out that women across the street. We were supposed to be cleaning the car, together but yet again I was the only one doing work right now. I was fuming, I looked down and picked up a stone. I don't know what came over me, but I lifted the stone up and then smashed it down onto the windscreen of the car. That caught Maureen's attention. "What the hell pookie?" she said in shock. Her jaw dropped, and she went a bit pale. "Look what you have done!" I didn't reply, I just continued to stare at her. "Joanne why would you do that!"

"Well…." I replied

I bust the windows out ya car

And no it didn't mend by broken heart

Ill probably always have these ugly scars

But right now I don't care about that part

"I still don't understand Joanne?" Maureen said.

I bust the windows out ya car

After I saw you looking right at her

"You have got to be kidding me?" Maureen replied.

I didn't wanna but I took my turn

I'm glad I did cause you had to learn

I must admit it helped a little bit

To think of how you felt when you saw it

I didn't know that I had that much strength

But I'm glad you see what happens when

"Pookie listen…" Maureen began but Joanne cut her off again.

You see you cant just play with peoples feelings

Tell them you love them and don't mean it

You probably say that this was juvenile

But I think I deserve to smile

I bust the windows out ya car

You know I did it because I left my mark

Wrote my initials with the crow bar

And then I drove off into the dark

I bust the windows out ya car

Your lucky that's all I did

After hearing all that bull sh-

Gave you all of me but you played with it

"I need to call out a pick up truck to take this to the garage." Maureen was still unimpressed with her girlfriend and was fuming as she thought about how much the replacement of a windscreen was gonna cost her. Little did Joanne know that she was saving up for the two of them to go on a romantic holiday.

As they sat waiting together in the garage, Maureen asked Joanne yet again "Why'dya do it pookie?"

I bust the windows out ya car

But it don't compare to my broken heart

"You didn't let me explain though Joanne"

You can never feel how I felt that day

Until that happens, baby you don't know that pain

"It's not what you think though"

You caused me pain

Even though what you did to me was much worse

I had to do something to make it hurt

"Pookie, I wasn't starring at the girl across the street, I was thinking, baby I was in deep thought, I've been saving some money you see, I wanted to book us a romantic holiday"

Joanne gasped and dropped her head into her hands. "I'm so sorry honey bear" said Joanne as a tear rolled down her cheek. "it's okay pookie don't worry"

"I Didn't mean to bust ya window"

"Its okay baby, but I was thinking whilst I was here about getting tinted windows"

"Oh really" said Joanne cocking an eyebrow and looking at Maureen who had a mischievous smile across her face.

"Yeah because then I can 'bust' you in the back of the car"

"Bust?"

"Oh you know what I mean""Oh yes I do" replied Joanne wiping away her tears as Maureen gave her a promiscuous wink.
