A collection of drabbles for Skull.

Say

If there was one thing Skull would never understand was Reborn and his coffee. Every fibre, every thought was like a mine field for the man. He would devise every move so tactfully. However, the best even slip and when the hitman slip, by god did he slip hard. It was a fair morning as he recalled and the air was fresh. Reborn had sent Skull on his usual expresso hunt and was now placing it on the desk the hitman claimed he needed.

"I'm a Vongola hitman, I need a desk damnit!"

His lanky limbs almost trembled as Reborn took a sip of his liquid life. He didn't want a steaming hot expresso thrown at his face.

"Good job lackey," Reborn replied and naturally froze upon the impact of his mistake.
Skull blinked, and blinked again. Were his ears full of wax? Did he just hear Reborn compliment him? From the distinct expression on the superiors face, he in fact had. The violet sporting lackey felt something rise from the pit of the stomach and up into the parts of his body. As if all the fluids had joined together to make him feel pure enjoyment. With a smug demanour he nodded sharply to Reborn and stumbled on his feet as he left, hiding his grin.
Reborn so to speak, was speechless.

Odd Friend
When Skull was still young he had the tendecy to walk along the shores of the ocean. His favorite was a few blocks from his house so this was very convenient for him. Faintly he remembers one time when he was taking a walk after a particularly bad day. His bare feet sank into the sand when his eye caught something. Skull stooped low to get a better look and to his suprise it was an octopus. So little it could fit in the palm of his hand. With little knowledge of what an octopus was he raced home to put it in a bowl with salt water. The purple locks bounced as the boy poked a finger in cautiously to see the now active sea dweller. It slid one of its tentacles around his finger, much to the boys delight. From that moment on he knew he had found a trustworthy friend.

No Logic
"God, if you can hear this song, I want to live as I am and not perfectly. I am a beautiful specimen and I know that's what you want me to be!"
He never did his homework. The girl sitting next to him in class, always did her homework. She seemed too oblivious to realize there was no fun in her life. Skull wanted to desperately show her. The girl was so pretty! And she smelled amazing. Her long dark hair matched her beautiful Italian skin and oval hazel eyes. One day he had worked up the courage to ask her to meet him on the school's rooftop. When she arrived he told her to take off her shoes and socks, curious she did so and he took her hand. Skull ran with her, guiding her as they ran so she wouldn't fall. His crush cracked a smile which turned into a full fledged grin as he had somehow picked her up and swung her around. She shrieked with delight and he laughed along. When lunch ended she pecked his cheek in thanks and skipped off, vowing to have more fun in life. Skull, needless to say, flushed a deep red.
