A little girl, probably 3 years old, was sleeping in a cave with an oversized cloak covering her naked body. She started kicking in her sleep, like she was having a nightmare. Soon she bolted up screaming bloody murder.

Her father heard her scream from outside the cave where he was guading it from any hollows. "Rin! Are you OK?" exclaimed her father who came running into the cave. When he saw his only daughter sitting up on her sleeping rock, tears rolled down her face rapidly.

"Daddy! I had the nightmare again! And-and it was horrible!" cried Rin. Her father sat down next to her stroking her long black hair which she got from her other father.

He started shushing her and hugged her tightly. "It'll all right Rin. Nothing horrible's gonna happen, 'kay?"

"But-but what if it really happened? What if that man really did die?" Rin looked at her blue haired father with worried eyes. Those eyes, Grimmjow thought, they look so much like his.

"He didn't die. It's just a dream. Those things are from your imagination."

"Then why do I dream it all the time?" Grimmjow sighed. He always had to lie about Ulquiorra's death. Ignore it like it never happened. But how could he when their daughter looked so much like Ulquiorra? Aside from her peach skin and the length of her hair, she had the same black hair and the same big green eyes. Even her broken mask was the exact same as her other father.

"Maybe you should just go back to sleep." Grimmjow was close to crying. "Forget that you dreamed that nightmare, OK? Everything's gonna be OK."

As Rin started laying back down, she asked, "Daddy, tell me about my other daddy again." Grimmjow looked at Rin in shock. She rarely ask those things. It's surpising that she would ask them in the first place!

"Well, he was very cold to everyone. He called everyone 'trash' all the time." Grimmjow laughed as he remembered being called trash himself. Rin like it when her dad laughed. He's always serious and doesn't laugh often. She smiled too. "He was also strong. Stronger than me in fact!"

"Stronger than you? That's impossible!" exclaimed Rin. Grimmjow laughed some more.

"Oh yes he was! He was number 4 Espada. Also," Grimmjow paused and looked directly into Rin's eyes. "He looked a lot like you. He had beautiful green eyes, silky black hair, and one hard mask." He knocked on Rin's mask while she giggled. "He also had soft but thick skin but it was white, not peach like yours." Rin let out a giant, tired yawn and rubbed her eyes.

"OK, I think that's enough for now," Grimmjow insisted. "You need rest."

"But I wanna hear more about my other Daddy!"

The Espada chuckled. "Maybe tomorrow, 'kay?" He planted a kiss on her forehead. "Right now, you gotta get some sleep."

"Aw, OK. Night Daddy," Rin said sleepily.

"Night Rin."

As Grimmjow walked back out to look out for the cave and Rin, he looked up to the cresent moon as one tear escaped his blue eye. "You would of loved our little girl Ulquiorra. And I think she would of loved you too." Grimmjow sat back down and continued guarding the cave in complete silence.
