"I can't be late again!" He shrieked. Eleanor gasped. It was a talking rabbit!

"Excuse me Miss," he said, hopping past her. She watched the rabbit. He hopped into the maze of shrubs. Eleanor followed, wanting to know where that rabbit was going.

"I'm late! I'm late! Again!" The rabbit shrieked, hopping away. Eleanor followed, almost getting lost along the way.

Suddenly, the rabbit disappeared.

Where did he go? Eleanor wondered.

She took a step forward, and then fell down a hole.

The rabbit hole.
