Chapter 1
My name is Elizabeth and my life is a sham, if you can call it a life. I did love my life once when I was in my teens but when I turned 17 it went downhill from there.
It all started when my mum and I, moved to London, I met a new friend and we were that close it felt like we were sisters and this felt great because I haven't had a sister, it's just been me and my mum so it was nice to have her apart of the family.
We spend most of our time together shopping and just hanging out, it was great we laughed and joked and talked boys all day. We are complete opposites but I think that's why we go together so well and our looks are completely different also, my friend has short spiky hair with a blue tinted fringe, she is about average size and has two tattoos one on her foot and the other is on her side on the other hand I have long brown wavy hair and I'm kind of tall.
But most siblings have fights and we usually fight about boys because they get stuck to Rose-Marie like a magnet, but we always made a joke out of it in the end. This all changed one day when something terrible happened to Rose's family, they unfortunately died in a car accident; she was completely torn up about it, well who wouldn't be.
My mum decided to take her under her wing and make her an official part of the family which was great again but she stayed in her room sat at the window just staring into space, some nights she would cry herself to sleep I felt horrible because I didn't know what to say or do just in case I made her feel worse. I tried on a couple of occasions to try and talk to her and try to make her feel better but she would just stare of in to space again and completely ignore My mum and I.
Weeks went by and Rose was still in her room not wanting to leave, that's when I decided enough was enough and got her dressed up and took her out shopping that was the day it all went wrong.
we were both shopping and we were actually enjoying our selves I actually saw Rose laugh for the first time in, I don't know how long, we decided to go and get something to eat and then that's where we saw him.
He was mysterious he had short spiky black hair and his skin was pale but he was beautiful we couldn't stop staring , that was a bad idea he walked over to us and then that was it we was drawn to him his voice was soothing and sexy his eyes were hazel nut brown.
He wanted us to go with him and we couldn't say no, we followed him, but ended up in a dark ally we looked at him and we got scared, I knew there was something not right and he came towards us, I grabbed Rose and we tried running, but it was no use he was their in front of us.
Rose ran up to him and tried hitting him but he just shoved her off without even blinking it was effortless, I looked at Rose laying on the floor she had hit her head and was unconscious, I screamed as I saw him bite her. I wanted to run, but I couldn't I was frozen by fear I watched him come towards me and still nothing happened, I couldn't even move my legs then that was it he bit me and I started feeling a fire inside me it was painful, I screamed as the fire raged through my body from my toes to my head then everything went black what had happened to me? where was Rose? was I alive or dead? who was that guy? all these questions ran through my mind as I was still in the dark.
