Usually, Moony hates challenges. Messy, pride-provoking things, such as they are... But she loves them if it means she gets to torment the KG. Mercilessly.
She sat slumped up against the wall, growling menacingly at the Guard that just so happens to be provoking the caged and very lethal test subject...
"Say just one more word and you'll regret ever being born, Guard," spat Moony, as if the very word tasted disgusting.
He just laughed. "And what can you do to me from in there."
She glared dangerously. If looks could kill, he would be a pile of smouldering, steaming, flaming ashes.
Then she got a look of realisation.
A look of pure insane joy.
A look that gave that man pause.
Moony levelled her head and grinned childishly, taking in a deep breath. The realisation sunk in far too late.
"I know a song that'll get on your nerves, get on your nerves, get on your nerves. I know a song that'll get on your nerves and it goes a bit like this..." she chanted in a sweet, childish voice.
"Stop it," the guard snapped quickly, a slight tint of panic in his voice.
"It is the song that never ends, and it goes on and on, my friend! Some people, started singin' it, not knowin' what it was, and now they'll keep on singin' it forever just because it is the song that never ends..."
"Not that one either!"
"Hakuna matata... what a wonderful phrase. Hakuna matata... 'aint no passing craze! It means no worries! For the rest of your days!"
And each time he protested, she changed the song.
"It's a small world after all, It's a small word after all..."
"For he's a jolly good fellow, for he's a jolly good fellow, for he's a jolly good fellow... Or so say all of us! So say all of us! And so say all of us!"
And when she got to the end of her "Annoying" reservoir, she switched to creepy.
"After the lights go out on you... after your worthless life is through... I will remember how you scream. I can't afford to care... I can't afford to care..."
Safe to say, that KG never, ever, provoked her, ever again. And when his shift was over, he ran out of there with his tail between his legs. It was at that time that Jak was returned to his cell.
"What the hell'd you do," he asked when there was a moment of privacy.
"You don't wanna know," she said smugly as she reclined back onto her bunk, her voice somewhat hoarse. "...But it was awesome," she added as an afterthought.
