Suddenly I pull Hook towards me to prevent him from falling over the trip wire and he immediately grabs my waist. The breath catches in my throat and my heart beats faster. And according to his cocky smile, he notices.
"It's about bloody time." He says in a low voice.
"I um …It's a trip wire. Pretty good security system." I almost stumble over my own words, but refuse to let him know he can get to me this easily.
Then he leans his head towards me and I can feel his lips on my ear.
"Well, that's a plausible excuse for grabbing me, but next time don't stand on ceremony."
I should've pulled away by now, but I'm still standing right there in his arms and he smirks at me. It's like I can't move at all. I'm frozen in place and stare into his eyes.
"You like that, don't you?" he still whispers and strokes my hair. I feel like my heart is beating out of my chest and I'm sure he can feel that.
I don't answer him and close my eyes as his fingers slide down my neck and collarbone. I can't help enjoy his touch. Then his hand leaves my skin and I open my eyes again.
"Well, well Ms. Swan." He's now even closer than before and I notice he leans his head towards mine and stares at my lips.
I should definitely back away now. We don't even have time for this. We have to find-
My thoughts are interruppted as his soft lips touch mine and I don't respond for a few moments, but it feels so good. He feels so good I let my lips mold into his and draw closer to him if that's even possible.
And then he opens his mouth and I give him permission to deepen the kiss. Our tongues are fighting for dominance as the kiss gets more passionate by the second. He then bites my lower lip and I have to suppress a moan.
This finally brings me back to reality.
What the hell am I doing? I have to get back to Henry and the giant could get up every moment now.
So I pull away from him and step out of his embrace.
"Let's find the compass and go home." I say, putting my hands into my pockets as if nothing happened.
He nods, still this cocky smile on his face.
"After you." I add. His smile gets wider and as he passes by he strokes my shoulder with his and I can't help but shiver.
"Damn" I swear, apperantly not that quit cause I hear a chuckle from Hook.
Let's find this stupid compass and get the hell out of here as soon as possible.
