A/N: Hello! I add this story with the knowledge that people are waiting for Living Fairytales, however the next chapter is not ready. I have been sitting on this for a while now and think people might find it interesting. Anyways, this is only the intro/prologue. Please read, review and let me know what you think!

(There is a longer summary on my profile.)

Introduction/Prologue

Welcome to New Olympia, or rather the 'new' New Olympia. For this was once a place of happiness and life, and now a place of death, destruction and despair. New Olympia which was once filled with life now burns red. Those who live here survive by abiding the new laws. They believe they have no other choice. Every second house is either falling apart around those who live in it or has been destroyed. Killing or forcing out those who lived there. No rock is just a rock, it is part of a building that has been raided or destroyed. No one walks free apart from those recruited into the dictator's army. Dressed in black the soldiers stalk the streets watching every resident they see with the utmost suspicion.

The new ruler sat upon his throne, his minions at his side. He watched over the city from his skyscraper. Any building taller than his was destroyed. He waits; his desire for complete power always present. He knows New Olympia will never be enough but for now it will have to do. To take over the world is no easy task; he struggled just to get New Olympia. Certain things constantly got in his way, yet these seem to have disappeared.

This tale however is not about the evil ruler; it is about the heroes - seven heroes. These seven heroes were chosen to stop this evil, unfortunate it is that they failed once; they can still stop him forever. Prophesised as seven teen heroes descended from heroes of Greek past who will overcome this evil. And together as seven they will stand. But to stop him they must be seven, no more, no less. They were prophesised to save the world; so far he only has New Olympia. They still have time, but time is dwindling and soon it will run out. Currently separated, they must reunite to defeat the evil hanging upon the edge of New Olympia, prepared to take the surrounding cities and expand.

Together they can stop him from taking the world and save New Olympia in the process. But to do this they must find the one they lost and search for answers on their own. They no longer have the support they once had. Their biggest help has gone, other duties have arisen. The seven are alone and one more than the others. They may have lost the first battle but they have not lost the war. Evil has not yet gained the world and the world has not yet turned into hell, though theirs may seem like it.

New Olympia, a place once full of the brightest of lives, is now the darkest place on earth. Taken over by a tyrant the town no longer exists as it once did. The lives of New Olympians were changed forever on that fateful day. The day the heroes of this tale had been preparing for, preparing to win. Not once were they aware of the loss they were about to bring upon the city. Yet, this was not the end, it was just the beginning. With an empire being built upon the land they loved so much, it had not spread further than New Olympia. The tyrant though he longed for more, was contained for now. The heroes had their chance, for redemption, to turn wrong back to right and stop the world from falling into the darkest of hells.

However, these heroes no longer existed in the eyes of the city. They no longer belonged in the place they once called home.
