In order to get anything out of this, you should have played MGS3 through at least once and just basically know what this is all about.
This is just my take on how the things at the end should have gone. I have a running gag going on while playing this game that Snake's radio is in actuality an iPod instead of a radio, and Ocelot would do anything to get it into his hands soo.. That's in all basics is where this is coming from. x)

Looking at the blonde in front of him, Snake growled quietly. He still didn't get why he was laughing at the situation, clearly it was all a trick that he was playing, knowing all along that the single bullet inserted into that gun handed into the duel was going to be a blank.

With a wide grin, the major looked at the brunette man standing just few feet away from him. "Well, I guess this is it then, John." Snake couldn't hold back a small smirk of his own - the way Ocelot said it was truly hilarious compared to the situation the two were currently in. Fighting for their lives against each other, all the way to a duel that couldn't even solve anything after all.

"It has been a honor fighting with you," the blonde continued, receiving an approving nod from Snake. He couldn't disagree with such a honoring statement - they had fought each other multiple times during this mission, both individuals developing each time they faced off. Excitement in every encounter they had, whether it was the heat of a duel or a meeting inside of the fortress of Groznyj Grad… It truly had been a great fight for these two.

"So it has been with you," Ocelot grinning to the comment of the man in his sneaking suit, the blonde made his way to the open doorway of the WIG that he had ripped off before entering into the flying machine himself. Looking outside to the quickly passing views, the blonde major returned his blue eyes to the man who had just merely minutes ago inherited the title of 'Boss', giving him a small shrug. "There is only one thing I'm still not satisfied with, really…"

"You're still grumpy for not getting into a rightful duel, huh?" Ocelot chuckled a bit, shaking his head to the other man's assumptions. Snake giving him a bit curious look under his brows, not being exactly sure what he was after with such a statement.

Ocelot smirked at the sight of the confusion crossing Snake's face. Pushing away from the doorway and little bit more back inside of the WIG, Ocelot gave him his usual hand gesture with a point towards Snake. Following the direction of his fingers, Snake's eyes traveled down from his own shoulder, hitting on the radio hung tightly on the front right side of his sneaking suit.

Looking back and forth between the small radio and Ocelot, Snake's eyes gave out that he still didn't understand what the major was after. Ocelot shaking his head, letting out an annoyed groan. Snake clearly now enjoying this annoyance taking the enemy over, he couldn't help but smirk back at the blonde.

Rolling his clear eyes, Ocelot grabbed a firm hold on the side of the wide open doorway, giving Snake one last look.

"Some day… Just some day, that iPod shall be mine."

Snake's eyebrows jumping up to the sudden statement, he couldn't reply anything back as Ocelot was already gone as he exited through the open doorway on the side of the WIG. Dropping down to the water below, Snake was only able to see a splash below, before EVA managed to successfully direct the WIG over the approaching mountains, leaving the major and the succeeded mission behind both of them.
