Dear Mikan Hyuuga,

If you are reading this you should be starting first grade. At least that's when I told Daddy to give this to you. I decided to write this letter when they told me that I will not live through labor. Labor is when Mommy gave birth to you. You see you grew up in Mommy's belly before they took you out so you can grow up with Daddy and everyone.

I really wanted to see you but Mommy had to go before I could. Mommy would think about you all the time while you were in my tummy.

I wanted to know what you would look like. I hope you have your Daddy's eyes. Your Daddy doesn't like his eyes but I think they are really beautiful. But I know no matter whose eyes you have you will be the most beautiful girl I would have ever seen and I am sure your Daddy tells you that.

I hope you and Daddy are taking care of each other. I know that my little baby is strong, strong enough to help Daddy.

I use to worry about who would be there for you but I don't worry any more because I know that you not only have the best Daddy ever but you have the best Auntie and Uncle. I know they will take care of you because Auntie Hotaru and Uncle Ruka always took care of me.

Auntie Hotaru and I were best friends since we were your age and Daddy and Uncle Ruka were best friends since they were your age.

I wonder if Auntie Hotaru still has her Baka Gun and does she still take pictures of Uncle Ruka and if Uncle Ruka still gets mad.

Oh! I forgot about your Uncle Youichi. Oh Uncle Youichi, is like your Daddy's little brother since we were in elementary school.

You know your Daddy used to be really mean to Mommy. He didn't like Mommy because he said I was annoying. He just thought I was too happy and nice but then he fell in love with me because I was happy and nice, which I am sure you are.

Huh, actually I wonder who you turned out like. Daddy and Mommy are very different, we both take care and try our hardest to protect the ones we love and never give up. The difference is that Mommy shows it a lot more than Daddy. Your Daddy is what they call and Introvert. Introvert means that he is very shy. Although it doesn't seem like Daddy is shy but trust Mommy, he is. I am going to stop here so I wanted to tell you that you will love school, hopefully as much as I did. It may be scary but I know you will make lots of friends. Have a great first day! I will talk to you later okay? Daddy has more letters for when you need them. Please do Mommy a favor and don't bug Daddy for the rest of the letters. He will know when to give them to you. Oh, I have one more favor. Tell Daddy I still love him.
