Chapter One

Introduction

There is a legend that was lost in time. Long ago during the Great War, three heroes rose up to fight. They were powerful in their skills. There was a swordsman, an archer and a mage. When these three enter the battle, whoever side they are on will win. But the three did not choose a side for they thought that the war was pointless and that the Thalmor and the Empire should just get along rather than spill blood that does not need to be. Both sides thought at the time the three were crazy for they were not known by anybody. During the final battle that was held at the Imperial City, the Thalmor attacked the city by surprise. The Imperials were close to being defeated when a giant explosion came from White Tower and three characters leapt from the top and into the heart of the battle. The swordsman slashed and cut the Thalmor into pieces. The archer shot volley after volley into the heads of them, while the mage blasted them with fireballs, frost spells and lightning. The Thalmor soon retreated but the three heroes chased after them. They were unsuccessful in slaying the ones that flee. Two months later the leaders of both sides called for a treaty that would stop all the violence. After all was done the three heroes left without a trace. No one knew where they went. Some said they went back to wherever in Oblivion they came from. Others said they killed each other and left there items for those to claim and become powerful. Soon the heroes were forgotten for they were only short lived. By now you're wondering why they are called heroes if they never done anything to become one. The reason is because there was a war far greater than the Great War. This war was also lost in time. This war took place one hundred years before the Great War. The war was called "Hell on Earth" for the Oblivion gates appeared. This was the first time ever. Many people were killed. Innocent and soldiers were all killed the same. The three heroes saved the world and vanished as they did after the Great War. It is true that the heroes talked about in both wars are identical but were not the same.

It is close now that new heroes will rise to save the world once again. But as mentioned before they become so powerful that the nine divine fear them as well, but as we know so far that the heroes are all good at heart. Well let's see how these three will hold to the legend of the three greatest heroes who will ever live.
