It was a normal day for Phoenix, whatever you would call normal. He had, again, solved two cases in one day last week and saved Maya at the same time. Then Nick got a call to defend some.
Phoenix: "Hello, This is Wright & Co. Law Office. How can I help you?"
?: "I need you to be my attorney; I didn't know a lawyer so the guard suggested you."
Phoenix: "Umm, Ok?"
Maya: "Who was that Nick?" said Maya as she bounded over.
Phoenix: "I have no idea."
Detention Center
17:00
Phoenix: "So where's our Defendant?" Phoenix asked the guard.
Guard: "They're bringing him in now." He replied dully
?: "So where's my lawyer?"
Phoenix: "Right here." Said Phoenix to nobody
"Ah, so you must be my lawyer. Nice to meet you. Names John, John Doe" said John as he was escorted to his seat by the guard.
Phoenix: "Ok, "
John: "Please, Pheonix, call me John"
Phoenix: "Alright, John tell me, what was your relation with the victim?"
John: "Well, she was my wife…."
Maya: "Oh my, we are very sorry for your loss."
John: "It's ok." Replied John "Look let me level with you, Wright."
The sudden serious tone of voice from his client caught his attention, Nick asked "Are you ok John?"
John: "No, Wright, I'm not, I'm petrified." John said, looking around cautiously. "There is someone after me, and I have no idea who, I've told the guards but they don't believe me seeing as though I'm the suspect, I know its a lot to ask from you but can you help me?"
Baba BAAAAAAAAAAA what's next nobody knows, guess we'll have to wait.
