Hey dudes! I was thinking, have you guys been wondering what Katie was like before my other fanfiction "Dipper's First Love"? Well, /i wouldn't know since it only has 8 reviews so far. Not complaining, just stating facts. Anyways, this fanfic is all about Katie. Katie with Dipper and Mabel as kids, and what Reiner has Katie doing in secret. This fanfic will also reveal a mystery in the other fanfic. Eventualy the two fanfics will meet up. That's when I'll just continue writing on the other one, whenever Katie does something that I dont mention, I'll write down what happened here! Enjoy, dudes!

Childhood

Katie's Pov

(Here I am, big girl school.) I thought. It was all so huge, much bigger then my old school.

"Alright, sweetheart! You have fun at school!" My mom said, trying to sound like she meant it. Kinda hard to do that while texting. I didn't exactly have the best parents.

"But, mommy, I don't know any of the other kids..." I said. she didn't pay any attention. She just signed the sign-in sheet and left. I just stood there for a bit. Then I put my stuff in my cubby and sat in a corner, not speaking to anyone. I was really shy. I didn't want to talk so that I wouldn't get hurt. That's when I saw them. Mabel and Dipper. I didn't know it at the time, but we would soon become the best of friends.

"Dipper! Give it back!" Cried the girl.

"Never!" Yelled who I assumed was Dipper. They looked exactly the same, except for gender. Having only an older and younger brother, and never being allowed outside, I had no idea what twins were or how they worked. They were fighting over a building block, and accidentally flung it by my feet. They both stared at me as I picked it up. They both came over.

"Hey, mind passing back the block?" She asked, a bit intimidatingly. They were both taller then me so I felt very scared seeing them up close. A tear fell down my cheek as I passed it back. They looked at me in concern.

"Hey, what's wrong?" Asked the girl, peering at my face, only causing more tears to fall.

"You obviously scared her, Mabel. Don't worry, we won't hurt you." Dipper said, wiping the tears that stained my cheeks.

"I'm Mabel, and this is Dipper. What's your name?" Mabel asked me.

"..." I didn't speak.

"It's okay not to tell us, you must be really shy." Dipper said. I nodded.

"Wanna come color with us?" Mabel offered. I nodded and followed them to the coloring table.
