"Dude, this town is weird."
After graduation, Blaine and Sam had packed bags and hopped into Blaine's car, setting out on a pre-college road trip, stopping in big cities and small towns alike. Each was different and interesting….
But Storybrooke, Maine was just a bit…odder than most.
As they sat in the diner, looking out the window, they saw a handsome man with a badge clipped to his belt, a gun in a shoulder holster and a sword strapped to his hip. He was talking with a pretty, dark haired woman with blue birds following her and a little boy, who referred to the man as Gramps, though the man was in his late 20's at most.
Six men walked by with what looked like pick axes slung over their shoulders and no one seemed to find that unusual.
In another booth, a blonde woman and a sexy dark haired man were having a hushed conversation that seemed to include the words 'hat', 'magic', 'Wonderlan' and 'psychotic'.
The waitress was cancelling a date with a blonde man, apparently due to the full moon.
At the counter, an older woman was polishing a crossbow.
"Very weird," Blaine agreed, smiling broadly at Sam. "Want to get a room and stay for a while?"
"Totally!"
