"But, Professor…" She didn't get to finish.
"Hush, Higarashi!" her neighbor hissed. "I want to get out of here before I die of boredom!"
"I assure you, girl, boredom is not lethal…" His knuckles cracked, finishing his sentence for him.
"Professor, didn't …"
"Class dismissed. Higurashi, remain behind."
She groaned. What had she done now? Day one of college and this cocky professor was already calling her out.
"My lessons are based on irrefutable facts. Do not disrupt with questions."
She glared. "Why should I believe you?" She gasped as long silver hair and golden eyes appeared. "Okay… I believe."
