Aaron didn't know Marta didn't like boats. It never came up. Well, he knows now. The first night they spent on the boat was pure hell.

At fist he thought she was just having nightmares and was just worn out. But when week three hit with no change he knew something was up.

"Marta what is wrong?" he'd finally asked. She wouldn't open up. After a week of her shutting him, out he got through.

"My father died on a fishing boat." She said quietly. That was all she opened up about. Aaron was stunned in to a silence

"I'm sorry", he was finally able to muster. "it was a long time ago" she replied.

Doesn't make it any less painful", he told her.

They let the conversation die as they quietly stared up at the stars.

….

As they saddled in for bed Aaron focused this ears on the sound of her breathing.

Once convinced she was asleep he began to let his mind drift.

He began to wonder what happened to Marta's father that would have her so skittish of horses.

It was hours before he finally fell to sleep.

….

The harsh sun light streaming onto his face woke him from his slumber.

He got up and washed what he could in the small sink provided on the boat.

He soon relised that they weren't moving in the water.

He walks up to the main deck but he couldn't find anyone. Marta the caption. His son. No one.

He began to worry until a little boy's laughter was heard. But it was coming from…. Over the edge?

He leaned over the edge and seen the captain and his young boy splashing in the water

Marta was about 20ft. away her back turned to the boat her gaze was set on the horizon

She was treading water. He herd her gasp loudly and turn to meet his gaze want a dolphin popped up between them. Her look of fear became shock then enjoyment to amusement and finally laughter.

She was playing with the dolphin and it disappeared. she look so a little disappointed then all of the sudden the playful little animal popped out of the water with a splash and she was laughing all over again

Aaron wasn't sure of too many things right now but one thing he was sure of was that him and marta were going to be all right
