The allies resist, but the waves of steel and flesh are too much for the brave men. Madness consumes the ranks as indescribable horrors tear their way through. Men are forced to put down their comrades, newly risen from the dead and with hunger for the flesh of the living. The pained souls of the damned terrorize the Allies at night, incessantly whispering dark thoughts into their minds.
A cease-fire is negotiated with The Reich and The West. The allied armies can now rest easy.

Also, the nazis summon an interdimensional portal to Remnant.
Dreaded Waffenverirrung tear through Beacon. The Huntsmen, just barely woken up from the impact at Emerald Forest, are unable to put up much resistance. The academy is overwhelmed. What the Germans lack in technology they more than make up for in thaumtech. Team RWBY may be one of the strongest, but they're only four people, And without Crescent Rose, the only thing Ruby can do is flee.

News of Beacon's fall to unknown forces rapidly spreads. Authorities try to cover it up to no avail. All four kingdoms now know of this, resulting in widespread negativity and increased grimm attacks.

Vale is in chaos. Members of the council have either been killed or have fled. Grimm roam the streets, looking for flesh to gnaw on.

Vacuo is on the brink. Mistral is no better. Atlas is still going strong, but for how much longer?

Now, there is truly no hope. A few years after the fall of Beacon, the Wehrmacht, under Hitler's orders, begin a widespread campaign against all of Remnant. Hundreds of flying disks pound the cities to rubble. Landkreuzers crush all that is left. The only human life from Remnant left is from isolated islands, underground refuges or fortresses. Team RWBY and JNR (No P-money here) have lost all hope. They are now far stronger, but what use is it when you don't have numbers? Jaune is the first to go. He drops his sword and shield and walks towards a German scouting party. He dies and goes to the afterlife… An endless cave full of people eating and fucking and killing eachother. He goes insane.

Next is Ren. While he may be calm due to his semblance, he is empty inside. He gets overwhelmed by Grimm and dies a painful death from bleeding out. He goes to the afterlife and finds out that semblances don't work on ghosts.

Next is Nora. You can probably guess why she killed herself.

Next is Weiss. She takes her last dust rounds and swallows them.

Next is Blake. She uses her semblance while nobody is looking and her real self eats a bullet.

Next is Ruby. Her neck has a lovely make-out session with the sharp part of her new scythe.

Next is Yang. Having seen everyone she loves die, she removes her gauntlets, half-heartedly prays to a god she knows won't listen, puts one of the gauntlets next to her temples and pulls the trigger.

The Reich has Conquered Remnant.
