Author's Notes: Well, this poem was done a while back when I was sort of in my poetry 'groove' or so to speak. I managed to write three long poems, this happened to be one of them. This was dedicated to a friend of mine who most know as Dark-kun. I love and miss you, this one's for you... wherever you are, friend.
Can you see in the Darkness of Heart...

Today I had a dream
Of a life that passed me by
A place had laid inside of my heart
Had opened up it's skies

Birds of white a flutter
And azure seas abound
Stars of every color
And fields of golden grounds

Yes, a dream I had
Opened up my heart
Now I hear a voice inside
"Lead me from this, Dark!"

Angel, angel lend me your wings
Let me fly through my dreams
Show me the light and let me see
For the darkness has blinded me

Last night I had a vision
Of a thing that passed me by
A thing that laid inside of my heart
Had opened up it's life

Hopes of white a flutter
And azure lights abound
Thoughts of every color
And a golden heart, bound

Yes, a vision I had
Opened up this life's heart
I can hear a voice inside
"Take me from this, Dark!"

Let me fly from my dreams
Show them the light and let them see
For this darkness somehow blinded me

One night I had a feeling
Of a person who passed me by
A person who had laid inside of my heart
Had finally opened their eyes
