Hurr... Mako/Ami fluffiness. I can't help it, I just love writing them! They're so adooooooorable! It's plotless, probably just another day where the girls came over to study at Makoto's and Ami stayed late. Mako's POV. Very short.

Oh, and if you happen to be waiting on a chapter of Flight, I was thinking of rewriting it.

Disclaimer: Sailor Moon/it's characters are most definitely not mine.

And there she lies. Glasses slipping down her nose, a heavy textbook over her chest. I watch it rising and falling with her gentle breaths. She's fallen asleep on the couch again.

That feathery blue hair frames her face, such an adorable face. I reach out to touch, running slender fingers through silky locks. She doesn't stir. With her eyes closed, features relaxed in sleep, she looks younger. The cobalt eyes I love so much, full of wisdom beyond her years, calm and deep like water, are hidden.

My fingers finish playing with her hair and trail down, tracing patterns over creamy skin. I reach her lips, full and rosy, small puffs of warm breath escaping from between them. I lean forward, planting the gentlest of kisses against her. Eyelids flutter for a moment, before slowly opening.

"Mako-chan…" sleepy cobalt reaches my electric green, and she smiles, before slipping back into dream world. I remove her glasses and the textbook on her chest, before slipping my arms underneath her and picking up my little genius. A smile touches my lips. Said little genius is so light. She mumbles and snuggles closer as I walk carefully to the bedroom.

I lay her down and cover her slim, petite form with the covers, before standing to get to bed myself. But she catches my hand, a slight frown on her face. "I was going to sleep on the couch, Ami…" "No. Sleep… with me… tonight." She pulls me down again as I raise my eyebrows at her choice of words, chuckling quietly, but I do as she says, slipping under the covers with her.

Immediately she curls into me, and I pull her closer, revelling in her warmth.

"Love you, Mako." I smile. She could have gone for anyone. Anyone at school, any of the guys, even some of the girls. Sure, even Rei, or Minako. But she chose me. Me, Kino Makoto.

"Love you more, Ami."

"Nu-uh."
