This is my first fic ever, thought up at midnight. Reviews make my day!
Sadly, I do not own RENT, no matter how many times I ask.
If you were to ask Joanne Jefferson what she loved most about Maureen Johnson, she couldn't tell you. There wasn't one particular thing about Maureen that made Joanne fall in love with her; it was all the little things put together.
The way she would kiss Joanne on her forehead every morning, slowly trailing her lips down to Joanne's.
How month after month, Maureen would try to make dinner, but always managed to burn something important and ordered a pizza instead. She kept insisting that she would get it one of these days.
The way Maureen loved to be cuddled in bed, to be held close, to be loved.
How she acted so tough, but needed to be taken care of more than anything.
How Joanne was the only person she would ever cry in front of.
But more than anything, it was because her Maureen never gave up. EVER.
Really bad, right? I know. Always looking for ways to improve! Also, I'll gladly read anything of anybody's. Let me know!
