"No, get AWAY!"

"Come on (f/n), ITS JUST A NEEDLE!"

"I HATE NEEDLES!"

This was the conversation, or loud argument you were having between your medic, Ratchet, who had to give you an injection as part of your routine check up. You didn't like needles and he knew about this by now, but you both knew you had to do it one way or the other. You were running from him at the moment, doing a perfectly good job until you ran into Prowl, who didn't looked amused as such. You and him, weren't so much best buds much when it came to your check ups. You always ran off, and he ended up catching you every time. You had nervousness in your (f/c) optics as Ratchet finally caught up, almost falling as you began to laugh, stopping as soon as Prowl's glare hit you. "Hey, at least I gave him a good chase unlike last time." You said, having chills remembering that moment. "(F/n), you have less then five nano clicks to get this needle inside you, or so help me!" Ratchet started off, which meant you had to start running again. Before you could get a head start, Prowl grabbed you by your arm tightly, making you gulp loudly. "Don't worry Ratchet, she's gonna get the needle in, whether it kills her or not." Prowl said, dragging you with Ratchet behind you as you looked scared, gulping.

You decided to cooperate this time, only because you felt bad for Ratchet earlier and Prowl threatened to report this to Prime if you didn't get your shot. You really hated that SIC sometimes, he was a big pain in your aft. "Alright (f/n), ya just need to hold still, alright?" Ratchet asked you calmly as you nodded, trying to not freak you out. He gently placed the needle on the side of your arm, injecting the plasmas into you. At first, it hurt you as he put the needle in, but after the injection, it didn't hurt anymore. "That's it?" You asked the medic not quizzically as he nodded a small yes. "I've been afraid of needles because of that for stellar cycles!" You say to yourself shocked as he nodded, seeing you sigh. "Sorry for causing ya so much trouble Doc." You say as he smiles a bit, nodding. 'Don't worry (f/n), everyone's been afraid of needles at one point in their time online." He said, reassuring you as you nodded, giving him a kiss on his cheek as a small thank you as you ran off, not noticing the blush he had on his cheeks.

After that, you came more and more often to your checks up and such just to see Ratchet. He made you feel more comfortable around needles now, even though you still hated them a little bit. You had Ratchet though to pull you through, and that was one thing you would never hate in your spark. Ever.
