The Chased – Foreword

I was chased.. Hunted.
I ran through the rain. Ran and ran without care to my body that was drenched. My shoes felt heavy so did my body. My breath ragged as I tried to save my life. Until I find a dark cave in the end of the woods. Beside the waterfalls.
Then I got and idea.
I ran to the edge of the waterfall and took of my outer outfit and one of my shoes. I threw them to the waterfall and let them lost from my sight. Meanwhile I left my other shoe in that place before I ran to the cave. In my heart I prayed that the chasers would think that I jumped to the waterfall. I prayed for the rain to erase my footprints on the ground. I prayed for them to took away my aroma.
I got into the cave and walked deep into it. It was dark, really dark and I can only made out some rock in it. I sighed and laid down on my back, let my lungs got the air it needed. It wasn't that tiring, to be honest.
It was because the lack of energy in my system had mad my eyelids heavy. I shouldn't sleep. I couldn't.
But my eyelids closed slowly and I found myself fell asleep.

Wdyt? It's only a teaser guys. The real story is all rainbow and fluff. Kekekek.
