Prologue – The Surprise
A/N: Hello everyone! I'm happy to say that my muse is baaaaaaaaaaaack! And my writer's block is gone, hopefully forever. Well, I felt like writing a stupid, somewhat humorous fic about Snape, so here it is! I know the prologue sucks but the next chapter is…somewhat better...Yeah. So stick with me…I think I'm bipolar…
Hogwarts 2008
"Damn it…Albus, why must you insist on my attending the Sorting EVERY SINGLE YEAR?" Severus Snape glared at the headmaster of Hogwarts, a sneer on his thin lips.
"Severus, my boy, calm yourself. I have reason to believe that this year's Sorting will be of monumental interest to you…"
"Why?" Severus asked suspiciously, raising an eyebrow as he did so. "Why on earth would the bloody Sorting of a few incompetent idiots interest me, Albus?"
Dumbledore's eyes twinkled merrily. "Can't tell you that my boy, it would ruin the surprise, wouldn't it?" Snape muttered something under his breath which sounded like "mucking faster" which only made Dumbledore's blue eyes more twinkly.
"All right…I'll go. But this "surprise" of yours had better be good!" "Oh it will, Severus, it will. Well, it's late, must be off to inspect the inside of my eyelids!" he said happily, winking at Severus.
"Ah…of course Headmaster…" he smiled back until Dumbledore had walked away, then smirked. "Crazy old bat…" " I heard that Severus!"
A/N: Yeah, I know it was short but it was the prologue, what did you expect? Please review. Let me know if you like this, or if it sucks or what. Constructive criticism is appreciated…flames, if they are written idiotically enough, usually give me a laugh so if you can't spell and are a narrowminded dim-wit…flame away! The second and third chapter are written already but I think I'm gonna rewrite them just because.
