Zayfire's Tale
This is my first story called Zayfire's Tale. It's my first story and it's UlrichXOC. I got the name from somewhere but I can't remember where. This is just a prolog so it's short.

Hi my name is Zayfire Ellaine and I was just starting a school called Kadic Academy. I didn't know who I was going to meet, but I knew it would be easy making friends.
Not to brag, but I was sort of the most popular girl at my last school. Guys would drool over me, and people would beg to do my homework. I was the "queen bee", sort of. Really, I don't know how a girl names Zayfire got to be so popular... anyways...
I stepped onto Kadic's courtyard grounds thingy and then I was shocked when a boy automatically grabbed my arm. "Hi I'm Cyrus Carpenter. Want an escort?"
"No, me!" Another boy grabbed my arm. "Please!"
"No thanks," I raised an eyebrow and strutted down the hall, flipping my elbow-length brownblond hair over my shoulder as I went, grinning a white grin.
